S. Cole Wheeler

Mr. Wheeler is an associate of the firm whose primary areas of practice include construction and surety, business litigation and commercial law, commercial borrowing, contracts, landlord and tenant, real estate, and sports law. He regularly represents business entities and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Mr. Wheeler has also practiced in the fields of insurance defense and workers’ compensation.
Mr. Wheeler is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. He graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2019 with a B.A. in Economics. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami (FL) in 2022. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas J. Wright, Circuit Court Judge for the Third Judicial District of Tennessee. Mr. Wheeler has professional experience in the agricultural, athletic, business, financial, and governmental sectors.
