Charles S. J. Sharrett

Chuck Sharrett is an associate of the firm and his primary area of practice is construction law. Mr. Sharrett represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty contractors in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, the preparation and resolution of contract and lien claims, and defending and pursuing litigation. He also assists contractors in getting licensed through the State of Tennessee. Prior to joining Woolf McClane, Mr. Sharrett focused his practice in the areas of insurance defense and medical malpractice defense.

Mr. Sharrett holds a B.A. from Lincoln Memorial University and a J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association (where he served as the Barristers President, Barristers Vice President, Barristers Secretary, and Co-Chair of the Access to Justice Committee), the Tennessee Bar Association (where he served as the district 3 representative), and the Associated General Contractors of Tennessee.
