Ms. Morton is a native of Bristol, Tennessee. She graduated cum laude from Centre College in 2020 with a B.A.
in Studio Art. She earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2024. During law school,
she served as Chair of the Virtual Legal Aid Clinic, Research Editor on the Tennessee Law Review, Student
Attorney for UT’s Domestic Violence Clinic, and Judicial Extern for the Honorable Katherine A. Crytzer, United
States District Judge.
