Kaitlin Tweel is an associate with the firm. Her primary areas of practice include construction law, commercial litigation, and representation of creditors in the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
Ms. Tweel is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2013 with a B.A. in history. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2017. While in law school, she competed on the National Trial Team and served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tweel was in private practice in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ms. Tweel is a member of the Knox Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel.
