Jennifer Pearson Taylor is a seasoned healthcare attorney licensed in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Illinois, with over two decades of legal experience. Since earning her J.D. from the University of Tennessee School of Law in 2001, Jennifer has built a distinguished career advising clients on healthcare business, employment, regulatory, and licensure matters, as well as defending healthcare liability claims in courtrooms across Tennessee and Kentucky.

Jennifer practiced as a shareholder with London & Amburn from 2004 to 2022. From 2022 to 2025, she served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic, bringing a unique in-house perspective to her private practice. In July 2025, she joined Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter as a partner in the healthcare division of the firm.

She is a member of the Tennessee, Knoxville, Kentucky, and Illinois Bar Associations, as well as the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the American Health Law Association. In 2011, she was selected for the prestigious Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law program, and she served as Secretary of the Volunteer East Tennessee Board of Directors from 2016 to 2020. She currently serves on the Tennessee Bar Association Board of Governors as the Assistant General Counsel and is a frequent speaker at healthcare industry and law conferences.
