Jason Lambert, an experienced business attorney and advisor, is a member of the firm who represents a diverse range of individuals and companies, including physicians and physician groups, in transactional, commercial and healthcare related matters. Mr. Lambert’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions; purchase and sale transactions; contract negotiations on behalf of clients; contract review and drafting; business organizations; and other general transactional matters.
Mr. Lambert is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association, where he has served on the KBA Nominating Committee. Mr. Lambert was inducted as a Fellow of the Knoxville Bar Foundation in 2012. Mr. Lambert serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the East Tennessee Kidney Foundation.
Mr. Lambert was born in Kingsport, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1993 with a B.A. in Political Science and the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1996 with a concentration in Business Transactions.
