Morgan and Noell Talk About Contract Fundamentals

On March 14, 2008, Meghan Morgan and Robert Noell presented a seminar on the Fundamentals of Construction Contracts; Understanding the Issues in Tennessee. This one-day seminar was designed for attorneys, presidents, vice presidents, owners, project managers, engineers, controllers, accountants, contract managers, architects, facilities managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals. Ms. Morgan performed a Review of Basic Contract Principles and conducted a question and answer session. Mr. Noell presented talks on Critical Contract Clauses, Alternative Dispute Resolution and New Developments in Construction Law.
