Hugh Bright and Tony Dalton Recently Named as Fellows in The Litigation Counsel of America™

Hugh Bright, Jr. and Tony Dalton of Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter, PLLC were recently named as Fellows in The Litigation Counsel of America™ (LCA). LCA is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows nationwide, comprising less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

The purpose of LCA is to recognize deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers, to provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on trial and litigation practice, to provide additional sources for professional development, to promote superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law, to assist in community involvement by its membership, and to advance a superior judiciary, by taking relevant positions on issues or legislation affecting judicial compensation and/or benefits, as well as those affecting the American litigation processes.

Mr. Bright is a member of the firm whose primary areas of practice are product liability and personal injury litigation. He also has significant experience in commercial litigation and the defense of claims arising from various lines of insurance including life, disability, health, and accident.

Mr. Dalton is a member of the firm whose practice is focused primarily upon civil litigation. He handles a wide variety of tort litigation, including product liability, toxic tort, environmental, trucking, medical negligence, and general tort litigation. Mr. Dalton also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters, including class actions, insurance, consumer protection, antitrust, trademark/unfair competition, and general business litigation.
