W. Kyle Carpenter Admitted As Fellow of ACTL

W. Kyle Carpenter, a member of the firm, has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America. The induction ceremony took place at the 2010 Spring Meeting of the College in Palm Desert, California. Mr. Carpenter has been practicing law in Knoxville, Tennessee for over 30 years and obtained his J.D., with honors, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1976.

Fellowship in ACTL cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state and is extended by invitation only, and only after careful investigation, to those trial lawyers with a minimum of fifteen years experience who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
