Latisha J. Stubblefield


Latisha J. Stubblefield is an associate in the firm whose practice is focused primarily on civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Stubblefield assists her clients in various litigation matters including landlord and tenant, product liability, and general civil matters.

Ms. Stubblefield was born and raised in Morristown, Tennessee. She graduated summa cum laude from Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee in 2005 with a B.A. in political science and a minor in business administration.  She obtained her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008, graduating summa cum laude and being named to the Order of the Coif.

While in law school, Ms. Stubblefield served as a Research Editor for the Tennessee Law Review and as a member of the American Association for Justice National Trial Team.  She was a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and Law Women.  She also participated in the intramural Ray H. Jenkins Trial Competition in 2007, where she and her teammate took first place. 

Ms. Stubblefield was admitted to practice law in 2008 in state courts in Tennessee. She has also been admitted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
