Eric L. Reagan is an associate with the firm whose primary areas of practice include corporate law, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, general business matters, real estate, and technology and eCommerce law.
Mr. Reagan is a native of Jamestown, Tennessee. He moved to Knoxville in 1996 to attend the University of Tennessee, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2002. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Reagan served as a police officer with the Knoxville Police Department for over four years. In 2006, Mr. Reagan received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee. While in law school, Mr. Reagan was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. His Comment, Tennessee’s New Limited Liability Company Act: New Ways of Doing Business, was published in the Winter 2006 volume of The Tennessee Law Review.
Mr. Reagan was admitted to practice law in 2006 in all Tennessee courts and is a member of the American, Tennessee and Knoxville Bar Associations. |
