Tony Dalton is a member of the firm whose practice is focused primarily upon civil litigation. Tony has represented paramedics, emergency medical services and firefighters for almost two decades. He publishes a blog regarding legal issues affecting emergency medical services at http://ems-law.net. He is a member of the Tennessee Ambulance Service Association and lectures regularly regarding legal issues at the Roane State Community College Health Sciences Center.
In addition, Tony handles a wide variety of tort cases, including product liability, toxic tort, environmental, trucking, medical negligence and general tort litigation. He also handles a variety of commercial litigation, including insurance, consumer protection, antitrust, trademark/unfair competition, and general business disputes.
Tony is a native of Jefferson City, Tennessee. He graduated from Carson-Newman College in 1988, summa cum laude. Tony attended law school at the University of Tennessee, where he graduated in 1991 with highest honors. Tony is a member of the Defense Research Institute and is a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America.
