Tony R. Dalton

Tony R. Dalton is a member of the firm whose practice is focused primarily upon civil litigation. Mr. Dalton handles a wide variety of tort litigation, including product liability, toxic tort, environmental, trucking, medical negligence, and general tort litigation. Mr. Dalton also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters, including class actions, insurance, consumer protection, antitrust, trademark/unfair competition, and general business litigation.

Mr. Dalton is a native of Jefferson City, Tennessee. He graduated from Carson-Newman College in 1988, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in political science and a minor in history. In 1991, he earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law where he graduated with highest honors. While in law school, Mr. Dalton was active in Moot Court. He was also named Outstanding Graduate of 1991 and was selected to the Order of the Coif.
