Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative dispute resolution includes dispute resolution processes and techniques that fall outside of the government judicial process. Some alternative dispute resolution techniques include negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

Attorneys at Woolf McClane have a broad experience in utilizing a variety of these alternative dispute resolution techniques with regard to clients’ disputes. This includes mediation, arbitration (binding and nonbinding), executive mini-trials among other forms of dispute resolution, in addition to conducting negotiated settlements of disputes where such is an appropriate alternative to costly and protracted litigation.
